P O S I T I V I T Y

Late post, but here's my reasoning; I am trying to avoid getting sick, so this morning I went to class all medicined-out, it was rather comical because I was so tired. After getting home and eating lunch I immediately passed out. I just woke up from a glorious nap (thanks to all of my friends who kept buzzing my phone) and came to the library to attempt to get work done. Of course, instead, I find myself trying to blog. I just have one simple, but powerful thought tonight: be positive.

Over the weekend I realized how important it is to have a positive attitude towards everything in this life. I know that it is hard trying to be happy about something or someone who has failed you in the past, but there should always be a second, third and forth chance. You can't shut yourself down after one or even several mistakes. People are not perfect, we all have our flaws; those makes us unique. We have to consider all the wonderful things that we face, instead of the bad. Positive thinking evokes energy, initiative, and happiness.

I think that each of us can find happiness when we admit and apologize for our mistakes, but we also can feel better when giving someone a second chance. So give someone or something a second chance. That may be someone special to you, or something as simple as a class lecture or reading. Give working-out another shot, and don't give up. There is never a good enough reason to give up on something good, just do it!! I heard a beautiful talk on Sunday, where a young woman mentioned that we all go through trials and hardships, and she promised "things will get worse," and they will. But you have to remember the goodness that will prevail. The trials and mistakes that we encounter cultivate qualities in us that shape and influence who we can become.

Always stay positive friends. ThinkDo and Be positive.
Believe in yourself a little more and give it a go.

Positive mind.
Positive vibes.
Positive life.
